Stacey and the Jazzercise team,
I just have tell you once again "how great I am feeling". I just finished my 2nd PT course! I have dropped a size & 1/2 & my body is looking great ("my Husbands words"). He keeps reminding me of how toned I look lately, and now that I am down to my weight/size goal, its a terrific feeling that he & others have noticed. Plus my health is the best in a long time. I am finally getting my cholesterol under control, & my Doctor is very pleased, (she has credited a large part to Jazzercise).
I could not have done all of this without PT & of course the dedication of the instructor in assisting me especially with my health issues. What a phenomenal job of working one on one showing us the "correct" way from lifting weights/abdominal crunches/inner thigh routines etc. Because of the huge benefit it offers I plan to participate in PT every (6) months.
I now burn more calories and I know its because I am getting the best out of my weekly Jazzercise classes. I would highly recommend PT to anyone.
