Junior Jazzercise teaches things like coordination, strength and endurance, nutrition, and the importance of physical fitness. Kids ages 5 & UP experience the joy of physical movement as they dance their way through specially choreographed age-appropriate routines to today's most popular music.

WHAT TO WEAR
Clothing that allows maximum mobility is the most comfortable for children. Athletic-type shoes are recommended and encouraged for children of all ages. Avoid wearing too much clothing for class, shorts and t-shirts are fine. Keep in mind that it is an active program.
