Junior Jazzercise teaches things like coordination, strength and endurance, nutrition, and the importance of physical fitness. Kids ages 4-8 experience the joy of physical movement as they dance their way through specially choreographed age-appropriate routines to today's most popular music.

WHAT TO WEAR
Clothing that allows maximum mobility is the most comfortable for children. Athletic-type shoes are recommended and encouraged for children of all ages. Avoid wearing too much clothing for class, shorts and t-shirts are fine. Keep in mind that it is an active program.

This specialized program for boys and girls introduces children to the world of dance, music and fitness. The strong exercise habits kids develop now can go a long way in shaping their future. That’s why Junior Jazzercise teaches things like coordination, strength and endurance, nutrition and the importance of physical fitness. Junior Jazzercise is a perfect program to get kids active and learn the importance of exercise and health. The program combines fun, easy-to-follow dance moves to popular music, fitness games, and light strength traiing. The non-competive atmospher is the perfect setting to introduce your child to fitness. Children are not required to have any dance experience. Classes are available for 4 - 8 year olds. Each 45 minute long class consists of exercise aerobics segment, and game segment focusing on exercise and nutrition, and dance segment to basic choreography.
