Join us for our version of the Biggest Loser! We want to help you achieve your weight loss goals this year. Last year we lost a total of 535 lbs in only 12 weeks. We will keep each other motivated and accountable each week with weekly weight-ins, body composition and weekly prizes. We will help each other eat better with our nutritional seminars and exercise regime as a lifestyle change, not a diet. We will be on a team of two you have the option of picking your team member or we will help you. The idea is to provide a framework where group members feel supported, motivated and held accountable. Each day members log their food, workouts, goals and thoughts in your workout log book that you provide yourself. You can write down as much or as little as you like. You can go to our facebook page and the other people in can see your log and offer helpful advice and tips. The idea behind this is that most people know the basics of losing weight- eat less, eat better and exercise more. The problem is that most people have a hard time following through! We want to help you by keeping you accountable to yourself, and your team member will help keep you motivated and be supportive. Most importantly, this process helps you lose weight if you develop it as a daily habit.

The added value of this program is the nutrition seminar series.
